Loch Coruisk 3
'Warm'
Start: Sligachan - various parking places
Finish: Start
Time: 8 - 10 hours (minimum 14 miles)
Rating: Difficult
The path leads you towards the south-eastern end of Loch Coruisk where it flows into the sea. This part of the walk is very boggy and crosses some steep, slippery slabs where extra care is needed. In the north-west the Black Cuillin Ridge dominates the skyline. It is possible to follow a boggy path all the way around the loch, although this could be a bit much to undertake if you intend to visit the Loch and return to Sligachan in one day.
