The attention to detail given to all aspects of production, distribution and customer care has been recognised in several awards at beer festivals and elsewhere throughout the UK as well as abroad.

The Brewery was established in April 1995, and in December production began in purpose-built premises at Uig.

In April 1998 the brewery became incorporated and expanded into bottling on the island.

'Skye beers are now available throughout the UK and are exported to Japan, the USA, Sweden, Denmark, Italy, Switzerland, Chile, Australia and New Zealand'

A shop (seasonal) has been established at the brewery, which retails brewery souvenirs and Skye, and other Scottish, bottled beers and country wines.

Souvenirs and brewery products are also available at our online shop. Tours are available, preferably by prior arrangement.
